Forex Trading is the buying of one currency in a currency pair, by selling the other side. So if you trade in EUR / USD trade my euros by selling dollars in the current market rate, or vice versa. Just my EUR EUR / GBP EUR could be sold.

Unlike options or shares, which many companies have acted, the combination of limited foreign exchange currency are used, have a place in stores.

However, I often ask people to trade currency pairs should be chosen? Is it in USD, or it must be one that is highly volatile, or can it be otherwise?

Let us number one factor used to enable them to decide –

1. What is PIP spread involved – the most important factor to consider is the difference between the currencies. In a secular gap difference between the sale price and the ask price of the Forex currency pairs are given as the Forex broker. In other words, there is an order by the broker or agent, the financial statements. The lower the spread, the better it is for the forex trader. Spread the lowest I’ve seen in EUR / USD, which is the average spread of 2 pips to 3 pips. In general, a maximum deviation of 5.6 kernels is fairly good for trade.

2. What is liquidity? – The more cash that increased expenditure is the amount of money exchanged for the currency pair. So that means that ultimately a monetary movements in many negotiating sessions. It is better to deal in days, a prospect that the trade register shall be kept open for an extended period. I saw the EUR / USD is heavily liquidated. Average about 100-150 pips daily move. This will be followed by Euro / USD and USD / CHF.

3. How the currency pair behaves? – And especially focused on the basic technique or movement? One of them is of fundamental importance that led above all, not much attention to technical analysis. I saw JPY (Yen) as a currency that is as fundamental analysis characterized.

So these are some factors that can be used to determine the currency pairs are traded. Although these factors are not exhaustive, they can be used as a basic minimum rules. The spread of the MIP is an important criterion. The lower the better. But the play must also be sufficient, because it means that any significant movement during a negotiation are well settled.
